Data we ask for
On the contact page: name, WhatsApp, and optionally region, crop, planted area, email, and message. On the distributors page: name or company, area of interest, WhatsApp, and optionally information about your operation.
What we use it for
To respond to your information request and to assess your interest in the distributor network.
How the form works
When you press “Send”, your details reach our team by email through our automated support system.
Shipping simulator
If you choose to use your location as the destination, the browser asks for your permission and the position is used only on your device to draw the route. It is not sent or stored.
Wholesale orders
To prepare your order, the site saves the products and quantities you choose in your browser. When you send it, we ask for your name, email, and delivery location, and optionally your company, WhatsApp, and notes. That data is stored in our order system, and we use it to email you a PDF of your order. To do this, we use third-party services that process the data on our behalf: Supabase (database), n8n (delivery automation), and an email service.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising tools.
Bio, virtual assistant with artificial intelligence
Bio is an artificial intelligence program, not a person. Its answers are for guidance only, may contain errors, and do not replace the product label or the advice of an agronomist. Bio does not set prices or terms of sale.
What data it handles: the messages you write, the photos and voice notes you send, the page you write from, your language, and the products in your order. To prevent abuse we temporarily use a fingerprint of your IP address. Your browser stores a random conversation identifier and its latest messages. We do not use cookies.
What for: to answer your question, suggest products from the catalog, and protect the service. We do not use them for advertising.
Who is involved: Anthropic (text and photo analysis), OpenAI (voice note transcription), and n8n (the platform where the assistant runs and the conversation is stored), with TRAI Solutions as technology provider. These providers may process data outside Mexico.
How long: photos and voice notes are not kept after processing; we keep only their description or transcript. The conversation and the notes about your crop are deleted 30 days after the last message.
How to delete it: the delete conversation option in the chat menu immediately removes what is stored in your browser and in our systems.
What we ask of you: do not write personal data about yourself or others, or health data, in the chat, and do not send photos showing people. If you ask an advisor to contact you, your name and contact detail are sent by email to our team and are not stored in the chat. Bio is intended for adult agricultural professionals.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data from the contact page.
